Date of harvest: 4. to 6. April. Harvested by hand with extremely careful selection.
Sugar level (Brix): 20-22
Residual sugar: 1.9 g/l
Total Acidity: 6.8 g/l
Vinification: Whole bunch pressed, settled for 72 hrs with bentonite. Fermented in a stainless steel tank for 16 days.

Bottles produced: 3,851 (2,000 Cork / 1,851 Screw Cap), 69 Magnums
Remarks: Normal spring was followed by a warm start of summer. Then many cooler days (around 20C) until mid-January but warmer weather returned through to the harvest. Very dry January and February. Despite the heavy rain at the end of March we were able to harvest excellent fruit.
