Date of harvest: 3. to 5. April. Harvested by hand with extremely careful selection.
Sugar level (Brix): 21-22
Residual sugar: 3.2 g/l
Total Acidity: 6.9 g/l
Vinification: Whole bunch pressed, settled for 48 hrs with bentonite. Fermented in a stainless steel tank for 16 days.

Bottles produced: 4,124 (2,290 Cork / 1,834 Screw Cap)
Remarks: Average spring started to warm up before summer. Started to worry about over-ripeness after the hot period between late January and mid February but the very cool snap from the end of February provided perfect brake and gave the necessary balance to the ripe fruit.
