Alexander Dusty Road Pinot Noir 2015 750ml

Made from handpicked fruit off carefully selected clones of pinot noir within our home Hinakura Vineyard. Partial wild-yeast fermentation to maximise fruit expression, the wine was matured for 11 months in French oak barriques before bottling.

The 2015 vintage Dusty Road has an aromatic bouquet of ripe crushed deep raspberry and dark berry fruit aromas with a smooth, rich, sweet-fruited finish showing subtle dark herb, liquorice and violet notes. It is an excellent food wine with game, lamb and barbecued meats.
