Made from the grapes of two old vineyards in our village; Les Orizeaux for the Pinot Noir and Le Chemin de Reims for the Chardonnay.
This wine is prepared for aging; being vinified in oak barrels and stainless steel.
We do not use any herbicide or insecticide and this allows the unique saltiness and natural richness of the soil to show in our wines.
