THE "CLIMAT" - This must be a former field that belong to the Canet family, or more likely the Carret family, a very old family from the village of Puligny-Montrachet.

TERROIR -
Fully east facing, this very stony parcel with its limestone soil, a mix of ochre earth and many stones, benefits from maximum exposure to the sun.

TASTING -
Appearance: Golden
Bouquet: Rich and complex, sustained, floral first aroma with the expression of considerable minerality and ripe fruitiness
In the mouth: Opulent mouth feel with pleasant sweetness, lingers in the mouth with notes of fresh almonds and bitter almonds.
