"All 2016, cited on the back label. 95% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Noir (10% Pinot Noir needed for colour in the 2018) from Les Riceys and disgorged in April. RS 4.5 g/l.
Pale salmon pink. Explosive nose. Candied flower petals. Big and round, the Pinot influence seems to be very strong. Very broad with a lovely bead. Very ripe but excellent zesty Chardonnay ingredient too. Very long with an almost beery yeastiness. Tasted 17 Jun 2019, Drink 2019~2023"
