Customer Pick Up

You can order online and pick up your purchase from the shop. During check out select Customer Pick Up from the Shipping Method options. Please note: when checking out with PayPal you may need to enter the shop address as the Delivery Address - The Village Winery, 417 Mt Eden Road, Auckland, New Zealand 1024

Orders received by 9am will be processed and ready for collection that day. Orders received after 9am will be ready for collection the following day.

New Zealand

We ship nationwide with Post Haste Couriers. When shipping to a rural delivery address your shipment will be handed on to your rural delivery driver and your normal rural delivery arrangements apply.

Orders received by 9am will be processed that day. Whilst Poste Haste offers overnight service for items processed by 12 noon, it is not always possible.

Please allow 2 - 3 working days for delivery of orders received after 9am.

Poste Haste does not deliver on weekends, except by special arrangement. Please see below and contact us for urgent delivery advice.

Please note: Glassware is available for customer pick up only. Glassware can be ordered online for collection from the shop, 417 Mt Eden Road.
