Date of harvest: 25. to 29th.Mar. Harvested by hand with very strict selection.
Sugar level (Brix): 20-21.5
Alcohol: 12%
Residual sugar: 1.2 g/l
Total Acidity: n/a
pH: n/a
Vinification: Whole bunch pressed, settled for 2 days with bentonite. Fermented in stainless steel tank for 14 days.

Remarks:
2024 will be remembered as an extremely dry year in stark contrast to the wet
2023. Even some trees withered thanks to the drought which recorded less than 20mm/month in January and February. Good rain later in December and exceptionally low minimum temperatures on many days in summer saved the vintage, resulting freshness which would not remind a drought.
