Wednesday, Jul 16, 2025
Color - Sparkling
Country - France
Region - Champagne
Vintage - 2019

Attractive aromas of caramel, biscuits, cherries and toast, with subtle smoky undertones. It’s focused and powerful on the palate, vinous and bone-dry, with salty, toasty undertones in a long and precise finish. 100% pinot noir from Bouzy. Zero dosage. Drink or hold." - JamesSuckling.com  Claire Nesbitt, Deputy Tasting Editor

"80% Pinot, 20% Chardonnay, no malo, RS 4 g/l.
A riper, almost honeyed breadth starting to show on the nose. Creamy, lees texture, rich and mouth-filling, with fine mousse and drinking perfectly now. Almost a savoury note on the finish thanks to the lees depth." (JH)
