A well-seasoned Vosges barrique was filled with bunches of beautiful Blewitt Springs Grenache and left to sit quietly in the corner of the winery. A little over 186 days later the fruit was pressed, to extract tiny quantities of rich, intensely flavoured juice.

This wine is an homage to the beautiful man that was Taras, and to his instinctive approach to winemaking. Patient, experimental and deeply personal, it is a true expression of his process and the spirit behind it.
