Throughout the vintage, a constant supply of juice from each of the vineyards was added into a single vessel. Alongside the fruit, a selection of organic herbs, flowers, fruits and leaves were gathered from the family garden and gently submerged into the ferment.

The botanicals bring an evocative expression of the season, capturing the warmth, energy and abundance of summer in Basket Range. A true taste of vintage 2025 and a reflection of the place from which it comes.
