Lifted spice, plum compote and a herbal thread of thyme and white pepper entwine with a strikingly fragrant bouquet of bouillon. The palate is opulent yet nervy, with a medium-bodied, savoury character reminiscent of Pinot Noir. Finely grained and textured, with vibrant notes of pomegranate and lingonberry carrying through the palate.
