This chimeric mutation of Pinot Noir is all about pink florals in spring, with an intriguing bouquet of freshly baked Vosges mountain cherry cake, an estery core dotted with fennel seed, almond meal, rhubarb and feijoa. The palate is driven by crunchy whole-bunch character and natural acidity, with tightly wound, fine tannins wrapped around a core of pulsing bright red berries and wisps of exotic tropical fruit. Succulent and energetic, with a beautifully sustained mid-palate that carries through to a long, vibrant finish
