Soft and fresh, with aromas of lychee, tangelo blossom, lavender, Meyer lemon and Manuka honey. Bone dry, yet generous and beautifully textured, with an entry of rose petal and lemongrass leading into a chalky, mandarin-skin texture. A nervy line of jasmine and ginger-infused acidity carries the wine through to a long, bright finish.
